1 medium cabbage, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
4 Tablespoon chopped almonds (or I use dry roasted peanuts for parties just in case there are individuals that are allergic)
4 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 pkgs of dry noodles from Nissin Ramen (Optional) - I\\'ve used a Top Ramen Chicken pkg. Do not use the spice package. Only the noodles.
2 chicken breasts, broiled using garlic salt and sliced into small pieces (optional)
    Dressing:
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ cup salad oil
    ¼ cup sesame oil
    6 Tablespoon. vinegar
    4 Tablespoon sugar
      I usually double the dressing.
      Mix vegetables with dressing.
      Before serving, crush the ramen noodles in the package and mix with the vegetables and chicken.
      Sprinkle sesame seeds and nuts.
